Gustavo, above all, a great pleasure to greet you and thank you for your time with us in this interview.

1 .- Gustavo, your consulting model, points to the teams as organized systems which are required to pay special attention, in your experience as a consultant, enabling business owners to form new entrepreneurs and promoting emprendurismo How valuable is the work and equipment for these organizations?

Cristman First I want to thank you offer me the opportunity to talk business issues. However, it is important to first define what is a computer and can be found in the dictionary: "A group of people doing the same work in an organized manner."

The first conclusions are obvious, a team is more than one person working in an organized manner. From this we can deduce that to organize a group of people and tell them what work should be done is necessary to have someone of the same group to perform this task and would have to call leader.

This leader to engage in organizational work necessarily will have to monitor and verify that the work is done according to previously defined parameters or planned and carried out properly on the computer as they arise unforeseen situations. And team members must follow the instructions of their leader.

Cristman Without going further, with everything described can say that in organizations where there is no teamwork, their results are easily predictable: disorder, delays, poor quality and unmotivated people. Therefore, work with and is the most valuable team in an organization.

2. - On average, the advice that you offered to new entrepreneurs, have you experienced some in which teamwork has been the driving force of the realization and maintenance over time of a venture?

Cristman In fact, ALL companies that have participated teamwork made the difference in the results thereof. The consulting work involves the employer's offer of solutions to various problems, but the way in which these solutions are implemented varies from one consultant to another. Take the example of a company in which the problem to be solved is the lack of liquidity. 4 .- Making a link between your performance and socio-consulting firm Productive Interactivity and computer work and what has benefited you as an entrepreneur working in a team?

Entrepreneurs are people. Workers are people. The consultants are people. And the teams are made up of people. If you do not work as a team inside and outside organizations are simply not achieve results. In my case, when I worked with junior consultants willing to learn and contribute, the results have been spectacular. When detected young people without those qualities, I propose to devote to something else.


5 .- Some experts suggest that teamwork does not fit all, nor work for all, what is your opinion?

Maybe it's a bad approach. Michael Jordan, Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, Michael Schumacher, Mark Zuckerberg, Albert Einstein, Mahatma Gandhi, Bill Gates, Michael Phelps or Lady Gaga are people who apparently managed to reach their individual goals through their own efforts and dedication, but it is not. Behind all teams there (some more numerous than others) involved who helped them to a greater or lesser extent. When a person says that teamwork does not work for everyone, it's probably because it has a computer.

6 .- It seems that the Teamwork is reserved for organizations and we are not aware that he has no limits or boundaries in your particular case what has benefited you work with and among others in a team?

As I mentioned at the beginning, if I work with someone besides me, and I formed a team. A couple, father and child, employer and employee, boss and subordinate, cook and assistant ... are examples of equipment. When I work as a team I know I can achieve the goals I set out without a doubt. When I work alone but with determination, perhaps overtake my goals but I definitely take more time, more effort I will have to invest more resources with acceptable results.

7 .- Finally, if you consider so what do you think is the secret to working with and in TEAM?

hope it does not seem too spiritual response, but the big secret is RAG teamwork. When I am part of a team must be ready and fully convinced to give my time, my knowledge, my work, my enthusiasm, my attention. But it is not simply to give. If I work in a team is because they also hope to receive something in return. If a team gives me is worth it, then I commit to the team and give. If I see that the team only expects to receive from me without reciprocity, apply the old adage of "not much help that way" and leave.
